Suggested Use:
1 stick, 1-2 times daily.

How to Take:
Mix contents into soft food (applesauce, yogurt, etc.) or beverage (water, juice, etc.). Do not mix into any carbonated, very hot (above 122°F) or alcohol-containing beverages.
Consume within 30 minutes after mixing.
